User Data Deletion Instructions

FireCrew Holidays stores only the data needed to identify you to the crew and manage holidays: your Facebook app-scoped ID, display name, profile picture URL, your holiday entries, and login sessions. You can have all of it deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Choose either option:

  1. Ask an administrator. Any crew administrator can revoke and remove your account from the app's Crew screen.
  2. Email us. Send a deletion request to angelo.a.nicolosi@falck.com from the request, and we will remove your account.

What gets deleted

Removing your account permanently deletes from our database:

We complete deletion requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also revoke the app's access to your Facebook account at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select this app → Remove. This stops future sign-ins; to also erase data already stored, use one of the options above.
