User Data Deletion Instructions

FireCrew Holidays stores only the data needed to identify you to the crew and manage holidays: your Facebook app-scoped ID, display name, profile picture URL, your holiday entries, and login sessions. You can have all of it deleted at any time.
How to request deletion
Choose either option:
- Ask an administrator. Any crew administrator can revoke and remove your account from the app's Crew screen.
- Email us. Send a deletion request to angelo.a.nicolosi@falck.com from the request, and we will remove your account.
What gets deleted
Removing your account permanently deletes from our database:
- Your profile (Facebook app-scoped ID, name, picture URL)
- All holiday entries linked to you
- All of your login sessions
We complete deletion requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
Remove the app from Facebook
You can also revoke the app's access to your Facebook account at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select this app → Remove. This stops future sign-ins; to also erase data already stored, use one of the options above.
