These Terms govern your use of the FireCrew Holidays app ("the app"), provided for our firefighter crew. By signing in you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the app
The app is a private tool for members of our firefighter crew. Access is granted by an administrator after they verify you. New accounts start as pending and cannot use the app until approved.
2. Your account
You sign in with Facebook Login. You are responsible for keeping access to your Facebook account secure. An administrator may approve, change, or revoke your access at any time. Do not share your access or impersonate another person.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the app only to register holidays and view duty cover for the crew.
- Only register or change holidays you are entitled to manage (your own, or others' if you are an administrator).
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.
- Enter accurate information.
4. Your content
Holiday entries and notes you create are visible to approved crew members and administrators. You are responsible for what you enter. We may remove content that is inaccurate or inappropriate.
5. Availability
The app is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", for the crew's convenience. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it should not be relied on as the sole record for safety-critical staffing decisions.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including scheduling errors or data loss.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. To remove your data, see the Data Deletion instructions.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
